The Dutch-German Chamber of Commerce has organized an annual seminar on 5th November 2015 in Germany. Topics on the obligations and the utilization of tax are emphasized in the year end financial statements.
The following topics were discussed in the seminar,
- General financial reporting requirements in Germany and the reporting standards between The Netherlands and Germany
- Obligations on financial reporting, tax returns and other necessary financial requirements
- Formal requirements for invoices (deduction of input tax rules relating to amortization of and investment in facilities, tax-free reserves, agreements with related parties and tax on dividends and capital income)
- Fiscal report and business activities throughout year 2015
The seminar is specially for entrepreneurs and management who oversees German business operations as well as for new entrepreneurs who are interested in exporting to Germany.
